多次入住的酒店，也推薦了很多朋友過來，這次趁着五一節假日帶家裡長者和孩子再來放鬆放鬆
設施：温泉水入户，房間裡帶泡池，還贈送他們家自己的温泉門票，早餐也很豐盛
衞生：室內和酒店院裏衞生收拾的不錯
環境：酒店周邊都是青山綠水，景色很美
服務：服務人員服務的非常好，餐廳，客房，前台的服務得很貼心，走的時候還贈送了伴手禮和他們自己弱鹼礦泉水！

房間不值這個價錢。近1000一晚的房間衞生真的很一般 好在能拍出好看的照片。要想吃飯的話需要預訂定食或者去花溪沐。我們不是自駕來 前台告訴我們如果要去花溪沐吃飯需要步行15min。後面幫我們提行李的男工作人員告訴我們可以有車送我們過去。我們還很納悶這麼貴的酒店都沒有擺渡車送去吃飯 太不值了。加一套被褥加400 連第三個人的浴巾都沒有要一遍一遍打電話要。
入住當天訂的酒店定食還行吧 鹹了點。第二日早餐兩人份送到房間裏，東西簡直糟糕透了。158一份的早餐其實也就28吧。
辦入住的時候 前台會主動幫我們拿兩個行李箱
退房的時候 我一個女生拿兩個行李箱兩個大包 拉門 大門很緊很重，根本拉不開，好不容易拉開了 箱子拿不進去，一位前台站在我面前 看着我一動不動。我主動説要不要來幫一下我，才過來。問我 你是辦理入住還是退房。這前台服務真的太差。最基本的禮貌都沒有。不管我今天是辦理入住還是退房都是在這消費的顧客。變臉的太快了吧。
不值這個價格 不會再來了
